By accepting entry into the ‘Talasey Sports Superdraw’, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Prize acceptance is based on the understanding that all prizes are: A) Soley for the use of Travis Perkins colleagues and Travis Perkins Group associated customers. B) For Travis Perkins team-based activity and / or Travis Perkins Business Development purposes.
  2. This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) over the age of 18. Employees of Talasey Group or members, families, or agents of anyone associated with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
  3. Entry to the Raffle is only valid on orders placed at the Travis Perkins Conference (9th February 2023) and the number of raffle tickets subject to value of order placed
  4. To claim prizes, customers must spend the qualifying amount as agreed at the Travis Perkins Conference (9th February 2023).
  5. Prizes will only be distributed once the qualifying order has been placed officially with Talasey Group, invoiced, paid and taken into stock.
  6. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  7. All prizes are subject to availability and there are no cash alternatives.
  8. Talasey Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. The prize may be withheld unless or until Talasey Group is satisfied with the verification.
  9. Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
  10. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  11. Talasey Group reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, providing that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
